If an error occurs several times while trying to send a roaming CDR, the charging process will be moved to a queue. Consequently, charging processes that have caused an error or are still in progress can be found there. Please note that charging operations in the chargelog roaming queue cannot be billed. It is therefore recommended to check the queue at regular intervals.
To resend the CDRs please go to the data sheet of the charging process. In this datasheet you have the possibility to resend the CDR.
Customers with their own Intercharge interface can go to Roaming/Intercharge/Log information and check whether the process was successful or not.
In the logs, after resending the CDR (normally it takes a few minutes) the eRoamingChargeDetailRecord should be seen confirmed with the partner code 000. In this case, the CDR was successfully transmitted.
