With the Export Wizard you can easily filter and export information. You can also save configured exports as templates or generate automated exports.
You can find the Export Wizard under: Settings/Export Data/Export Wizard.
A basic distinction is made between "Configured Exports" and "Automated Exports". Under "Configured exports" you will find all the export operations that have been performed. Here you can view old configurations and automate them later by entering a time interval and an e-mail address.
To start a new export please click "New Export".
In the following menu you have the possibility to select your parameters for the data export. First, please select one of the listed categories:
You can set your export configurations in four steps. With the single arrow you can select single fields or with the double arrow all fields will be selected.
You have now the possibility to set further filters to define your selection more precisely, if needed, and click on "next step".
Please select further options.
Please select the appropriate separators, file encoding etc.
Click on Download to complete the export. Please save the CSV file locally. With your spreadsheet program you can import the CSV file and save it in the needed format.
With a click on Save configuration you can save an export template without generating an export file at this point. Templates can be viewed again at any time under "Configured exports".
A click on Automate will link you to the blue window below. Here you can now create an automated export after entering a time interval and your e-mail address.
The automations are stored and sent according to the following pattern:
- Weekly = Monday, every week
- Monthly = 1.MM.YYYY (first of the month)
- Quarterly = 1st of January, 1st of April, 1st of July, 1st of October each year
- Yearly = 1.1.YYYYY
The exports are generated and dispatched daily at 05:00 am.
You can find them in the "Automated exports" category and they can be deleted at any time.
