be.ENERGISED enables not only the real-time management of charging stations, but also the management of charging points that have either not yet been set up, are currently under maintenance or are generally not equipped with a communication link. For this reason, you can set the communication connection of the charging stations individually.
Therefore, it may be that your charging station is shown as “not online” on the station list and the statistical reports. The icon in the overview list is not green but is represented as neutral. In this case change settings in the system as described below:
- Open the station data sheet of the station
- Choose from the navigation menu Edit the menu item Connectivity
- In the open settings pane set the function “Use Monitoring” to “Yes”.
After these changes, the station is displayed with the real-time status in the overview list and is also used in evaluations and reports based on the online status.
